6-Month Product Warranty & Care Policy 

At Signa Jewels, our jewelry is crafted using demi-fine German Silver with premium plating finishes. Each piece undergoes quality checks before dispatch. In the rare case that a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, our team may repair the product at our discretion.

Please note that plating finish longevity depends on usage, care, storage, and exposure to water, perfumes, sweat, chemicals, or other external factors. Customers are required to follow the jewelry care instructions provided with the product instruction card.

The warranty does not cover color fading, scratches, stone loss, or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
