Terms & Conditions for Lifetime Plating Service

·         The Lifetime Plating Service is applicable only to the specific product(s) purchased from Signa Jewels and covered under this service.

·         The service is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

·         This service is available only for items originally purchased from Signa Jewels.

·         Valid proof of purchase or Order ID must be provided to avail of this service.

·         The service remains valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

·         The service includes re-plating of the jewelry only. Any repair, polishing, stone fixing, or touch-up required before plating will be charged additionally after customer approval via call, email, or WhatsApp.

·         The product must be sent back to us for inspection and evaluation before the plating service is performed.

·         Surface finish or color consistency is not guaranteed after re-plating, as results may vary depending on product condition and usage.

·         A service fee of ₹500 per product will be charged, which includes pickup from the customer’s location, re-plating, and return delivery. Service charges may be revised at any time without prior notice.

·         The Lifetime Plating Service does not guarantee that the product will appear brand new after the service.

·         Signa Jewels reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this service at any time without prior notice.

·         The company shall not be liable for any indirect damage, loss, or issues resulting from the plating service.

·         Customers are responsible for following proper jewelry care instructions to maintain the longevity of the plating.
