All orders are securely packed and dispatched from our warehouse through trusted courier partners.
· Customized products: Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days.
Delivery may occur before or slightly after the estimated delivery date depending on logistics and location.
2. Delivery Confirmation Calls
Our courier partners may contact you before delivery.
We kindly request you to answer their call to help avoid delivery delays.
3. Address Policy
Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be redirected to another location.
Address changes may be possible only if requested before dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking ID to track the status of your shipment.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where an error has occurred from our side.
Ready-made products may be eligible for return or refund as per our Return Policy.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.

7. Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Delivery across India on prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional charge of ₹149.
